NEVs to Be Inspecetd on National Supervision Platform

Since the implementation of the technical specifications for remote services and management systems for electric vehicles (GB/T 32960-2016), 3,600 models have completed detection for standard conformity. Relevant technologies meet the data transfer requirements (GB/T 32960.3-2016).

In order to facilitate access for enterprise platforms to the national supervision platform, verify conformity detection results, and ensure true and effective vehicle data is included in the national supervision system, this notice is issued as follows:

Car manufacturers and retrofitters are required to select no fewer than three functional units of each model that have passed the conformity test and transfer them from their own platforms to the national supervision platform before September 30, 2017. Altogether no fewer than 20 vehicles should be transferred to the national platform. Failing to do so will affect follow-up tests. A notification should be provided if a model has not been available for sale due to objective reasons; the model should be transferred to the national supervision platform after it goes on sale.
