【Hot Job】Sales Manager - Leading US Medical Device Company

SUMMARY:
The Sales Manager will develop and maintain relationships with OEM customers and explore new business opportunities to take China business to the next level.
Responsibility:
- Develop and manage customer relationship and commercial negotiation
- Develop account plan that requires updates at least once a quarter to refresh customer
roadmap, organization, contact, challenges, revenue projection and key growth strategies
- Communicate customer expectation and requirement back to internal engineering team
- Explore and develop new business opportunities in existing and adjacent markets
- Collect market information and competitive intelligence to help formulate business strategy
- Provide technical support to customers

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and account management; experience of working for multinational medical device (medical image products )company is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills; Fluent in both English speaking and writing
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
- Proven track record of managing customer relations and commercial negotiations.
- Strategic thinking and strong execution capability
- Willing to travel.
