BENEFITS OF TAI CHI

The ancient Chinese exercise Tai Chi consists of slow, gentle, flowing movements that aim to boost muscle power, balance, and posture. It also improves mindfulness, relaxation, and breath control.

COURSE DESCRIPTION


Tai Chi master Gen Wenye will introduce the basic styles of Tai Chi in English.
Schedule: Every Sunday 3-5pm, new students can join every week.
Location: Open area at Fudan Campus
Class Size: Maximum 8 students
Tuition: 1180RMB/month or 2080RMB/2 months
