Foreigners learn calligraphy, pastry making, eat hot pot

To learn calligraphy and pastry making, interactively experience community life, taste hotpot foods, and climb on tall buildings to enjoy night views are just some of their activities. On the afternoon of November 7th, 15 participants from 15 countries came to Yuzhong District to seek writing inspiration for the final of the "Say You Say Me – Yuzhong District Network Composition Contest for Foreigners".
The foreign participants were spotted practicing calligraphy.
After learning calligraphy, the foreign participants took a group photo with Yuzhong District's calligraphy teachers.
The 15 foreigners also came to Jiaxi Village dubbed as a 3A scenic spot and played games with five local families. They formed a new group with the five families and had a friendly rope skipping match.

In Yuzhong District's Xiaobinlou Restaurant, foreigners started to deal with flour. With an apron tied on the waist and a rolling pin in hand, the 15 foreigners divided into three groups and respectively learned to make soup dumplings, fried dumplings, and wontons from pastry masters.
After the activities, the 15 foreigners will partake in the final competition of the "Say You Say Me – Yuzhong District Network Composition Contest for Foreigners" in the form of Chinese writing.
