Sleeping

1- How many hours do you every day?

-Between 5 - 7 hours , I stay up late sometimes and I have to get up early on daily basis to catch my bus to Work/school .

2-Is it necessary to take a nap every day?


Definitely, I believe taking 30 minutes snooze during the noon is very helpful to keep the brain active and productive,I can not do that though , as I am not used to it .

3-Do old people sleep a lot? Why?

-Not really,although they tend to catch a lot of sleep during during the day ,and They hit the sack early ,yet they still can not get enough sleep ,and I suppose this Is because of the age thing .

4-How to have a good sleep?

Well , first you really need to turn in early not later later than 11 pm , second ,play some Soft music before you hit the bed will relax the brain and release all the day pressure , Plus switching off the gadgets is totally required an hour before you go to bed as they stimulate the brain and keep us awake .

5-Do you like to get up early in the morning?

Sure ,I do , I would like to consider myself as an early riser , my morning is most productive Part of my day , I can get so much stuff done , although I still sleep late ,yet waking up early has been a life time habit and I won't break it .

6-Can you sleep well if you are in a noisy environment?


I doubt it , I really have to be in a very quiet place with no lights at all if I want to sleep , I recall on so many occasions that I had to sleep at some friends house or hotel and I could not even close my eyes due to the surroundings like noise ,lights , different bed ...etc .
