【Hot Job】Sales Manager - Beijing &Guangzhou

Summary:
The Sales Manager will develop and manage customers and explore new business opportunities within the territory to reach the sales target.

Responsibility:
- Establish hospital records, visit end-user and follow up sales leads in time
- Develop and manage distributor, have meeting on a weekly base to maintain the relationship
and coordinate in the middle
- Be responsible for the sales target
- Help to do market promotion and KOL establishment
- Communicate customer expectation and requirement back to internal team
- Explore and develop new business opportunities in existing and adjacent markets
- Collect market information and competitive intelligence to help formulate business strategy

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in distributor management; experience of working for multinational medical device company is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills; Fluent in both English speaking and writing
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
- Proven track record of managing customer relations and commercial negotiations.
- Strong execution capability, result oriented
- Willing to travel
