13 senior executives in job reshuffle in Oct., 60% promoted

  • China's auto market reported sales of about 17.05 million units over the first three quarters of 2015, representing a year-on-year increase of only 0.3%. In response to an overall slowdown in the domestic auto industry, automakers are adjusting their development strategies, including conducting personnel reshuffles among senior executives.

  • The Internet Info Agency recently made a round-up of position changes among senior executives in automotive enterprises in China, and found out that a total of thirteen senior executives were involved in job reshuffles in Oct., with 60% being promoted. China's local automakers reported the largest number of job reshuffles, with four executives assuming new posts.

  • Cai Jianjun, vice president of Changan PSA Automobiles Co., Ltd., will take the post of vice president of BAIC Motor. Mr. Jason Liu, Deputy General Manager of Changan Ford Sales Company, will join in Dongfeng Nissan. Additionally, Joseph Liu will assume the post of vice president of Changan Ford Automobile Co., Ltd.
